Processing Time

All Ready to Ship Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time they are placed (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is processed.

All Pre-Order items may take 1 to 3 weeks to ship, depending on the availability of the item. You will receive email updates on the status of your pre-order shipment as it progresses.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We provide both Domestic and International shipping to nearly every country worldwide, excluding those with shipping restrictions:

  1. Domestic Shipping:1-2 business days
  2. International Shipping: 2-7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location and weather conditions.


Shipping Rates

  • Domestic Orders: 20.00 AED anywhere in UAE
  • International Orders: 100.00 AED anywhere in the World

Please note: International customers may be subject to additional duties or taxes, depending on the destination country.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your order through the carrier’s website.


Lost or Damaged Items

Lost Packages in Transit: If your package is lost or delayed during shipping, please reach out to the carrier directly. Should you need assistance, don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team at support@watchersonline.com.

Lost Packages After Delivery: If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with family members or neighbors. If it’s still missing, contact the shipping carrier directly for further assistance.

Damaged Items: While we take great care in packaging your order, if an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it. Send an email to support@watchersonline.shop with photos of the damaged product and packaging, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.


Order Modifications & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order has been processed or shipped, even within the 24-hour window, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.


Customs & Import Taxes (International Orders)

Please note that international customers may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and we encourage you to check with your local customs office for more information.
