Watchers is a UAE-based streetwear business offering authentic headwear, apparel, sneakers, accessories, and other lifestyle products.

We operate as an independent reseller of authentic merchandise sourced through legitimate retail channels in different markets around the world. We also develop and offer selected products under our own Watchers brand.

Third-party products offered through our store remain associated with their respective brand owners. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the availability of a third-party branded product through Watchers should not be interpreted as indicating sponsorship, endorsement, authorization, or an official commercial relationship between Watchers and the respective brand owner.

2. Eligibility & Use of Our Website

You may use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

When providing information to us, you agree that the information you provide will be accurate and reasonably complete.

You must not use our website or services for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

Many of the products we source are available in limited quantities, and restocks are not guaranteed.

Adding a product to your shopping cart does not reserve that product. Inventory is generally secured only after checkout and payment have been successfully completed, subject to order acceptance.

Although we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate inventory information, stock discrepancies or other availability issues may occasionally occur.

If we are unable to fulfill an item after an order has been placed, the Watchers Team will contact you regarding the available options, which may include an alternative where agreed, waiting for availability where appropriate, or cancellation and refund of the unavailable item.

Submitting an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that an order has been finally accepted or dispatched.

Unless otherwise indicated, prices displayed on our UAE store are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED).

Where applicable, prices and order totals will be treated in accordance with UAE VAT requirements.

Certain payment methods are provided by independent third-party payment providers and may be subject to their own eligibility requirements, terms, privacy policies, transaction limits, and approval processes.

For example, approval for installment services such as Tabby or Tamara is determined by the respective provider.

Watchers does not guarantee approval by any third-party payment provider.

9. Pre-Orders

Products identified as Pre-Order are not available for immediate dispatch.

Pre-order items typically require approximately 1–3 weeks before they are ready to ship, depending on product availability, supplier timelines, transportation, customs clearance, and other logistical circumstances.

Any pre-order timeframe provided is an estimate and may change.

If a significant delay or availability issue affects a pre-order, the Watchers Team will provide available information and appropriate options where applicable.

10. Shipping & Delivery

Watchers provides shipping within the United Arab Emirates and international shipping to supported destinations.

Shipping rates, processing times, estimated delivery times, international shipping conditions, tracking information, and other delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates and times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier operations, customs clearance, weather, transportation disruptions, route availability, public holidays, carrier capacity, market conditions, or other logistical factors.

International shipping rates may also change from time to time due to destination, carrier pricing, fuel surcharges, route availability, market conditions, and other transportation-related factors.

11. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Eligible returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

A standard return or exchange request must generally be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.

Eligible products must generally remain unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, and in their original condition with applicable tags, stickers, labels, accessories, and packaging.

Returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by the Watchers Team.

Certain products, including sale or clearance items, Final Sale items, gift cards, and pre-order items, may not qualify for standard returns or exchanges, subject to the exceptions described in our policy and any rights available under applicable law.

12. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, please contact the Watchers Team at support@watchersonline.shop within 3 days of delivery.

We may request your order number and photographs of the product, packaging, labels, and relevant damage or issue so that we can review the matter.

Following review, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our policies and applicable consumer-protection requirements.

Watchers offers products manufactured or branded by various third parties in addition to products offered under the Watchers brand.

16. Store Pickup

Where available, customers may select Store Pickup during checkout.

An order should not be considered ready for collection until you receive confirmation from the Watchers Team.

If another person will collect the order on your behalf, please contact the Watchers Team in advance.
