While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or other external factors. Please allow additional time for international shipments or during peak seasons.
If there are any issues with your shipment, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
7. Returns and Exchanges

Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags intact. Certain items, such as Sale or clearance items, Gift cards, Items marked as final sale and Pre Order Items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
