Refund policy

At Watchers, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges based on the following guidelines:


Returns

Eligibility: We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 3 days of receiving your order.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please email us at support@watchersonline.shop with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and any import taxes, duties, or other fees which may be incurred in the return. Unless the item is defective or was sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return is successfully delivered.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and its eligibility, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note, the shipping cost is non-refundable.

Pre-Order Items: Please note that pre-order items are not eligible for return, except in cases of damage or if the wrong item was received.


Exchanges

Eligibility: We accept exchanges for items of equal or lesser value, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

Exchange Process: If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please email us at support@watchersonline.shop with your order number and exchange request. We'll guide you through the process.

Exchange Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to return the original item. For domestic exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item. However, for international exchanges, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost and any import taxes, duties, or other fees which may be incurred in the return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Send photos of the damage or defect, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
